What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with the manufacturing and production of bonded materials and related products
• Operate basic production equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
• Perform product inspections and support quality control processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Provide support with additional production tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Reliable attendance and a team-focused mindset
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
