Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to perform specimen collection and assist with patient care. This role requires maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collect blood specimens from patients adhering to proper protocols.
• Prepare and label samples accurately for laboratory processing.
• Assist healthcare staff with specimen handling and related tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Work rotating shifts, including weekends, ensuring coverage during operational hours.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Hawaii State License as a Phlebotomist.
• Demonstrate ability to work 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
• Possess strong technical skills in specimen collection.
• Exhibit excellent patient care and communication abilities.
• Maintain attention to detail and adhere to safety standards.
• Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred.
