Then, Circle-Y is for you!Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to) Verifies logistical orders are scheduled and madeRuns reports and verifies back logs of orders and partsCancels orders when instructedVerifies shipment counts on delivery truck against BOLNotifies supervisor of any shortages and/or overages and files BOLReports "Not in Stock (NIS)" information to the credit and customer service managersProcesses will-call orders for customers and employeesDetermines method of shipment utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and ratesAffixes shipping labels on packed cartons identifying shipping informationPosts daily all shipping and receiving transactions to company's accounting software system and ensures items pulled for shipment matches those billedAssists with restocking return itemsAssists with company policy of next-day deliveryOperates a forklift, if requiredCompletes day-end processes, sorts and files all paperworkVerifies and processes credit cards and submits receipts to the credit managerProcesses credit memos using applicable back-up documentationAssists with stock checks, cycle and inventory countsRestock pick stock with an ability to navigate using a bin location systemPossess an ability to locate, pick, and pack inventory using a bin location systemAll other duties assigned by managementSkills Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and have ability and desire to learn company accounting software needed to perform shipping and receiving functionAbility to work well with other divisions to achieve common goalsMay be required to operate a forklift, if neededQualifications Must have knowledge of inventory, shipping and receiving systemsMust be able and willing to learn and understand location and inventory organization systemMust possess 5 year driving record with clear history for the past three yearsPhysical Requirements Standing, walking and sitting on concrete required for 8-10 (eight to ten) hours per days (67-100%)Hand and foot usage required up to 8-10 (eight to ten) hours per day (67-100%)Climbing, reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and twisting required occasionally (0-33%)Frequent lifting and moving up to 50 pounds without any restrictions (0-33%)Work Environment (this position requires that the employee be able to work in and around the following elements) Indoors and OutdoorsLoud EnvironmentsExtreme heat or cold (weather-related)Wet or humid conditions (weather-related)Fumes from equipment or airborne particlesIf you require alternative methods of application or screening, you must approach the employer directly to request this as Indeed is not responsible for the employer's application process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
