Pay and SchedulePay: $5,500-$13,000 MonthlySchedule: Full TimeDealershipL0280 Honolulu FordService Advisor (Experienced)ResponsibilitiesGreet customers in a friendly and professional manner.Identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.Communicate with the customer what needs to be done, how much it will cost, and when service will be complete.Assess customer needs by conducting a vehicle walk‑around.Attain agreement from the customer for service needs.Offer a multi‑point inspection.Write accurate repair orders using the ADP system.Follow the Interim Customer Contact (ICC2) process.Provide estimates that are accurate and support upfront pricing guarantee.Obtain approval to review findings of multi‑point inspection and associated prices.Obtain approval to proceed with Additional Service Requests.Dispatch repair orders to technicians following the department dispatch policy and utilizing cost‑control methods.Communicate with technicians to gain a clear understanding of services required and/or performed.Follow‑up with the customer during repair/servicing of the vehicle so they are aware of status.Follow the Customer Delivery (CD) process.Receive and process cash or credit payment for all services performed.Upon completion of service, promptly and professionally deliver the vehicle to the customer.Ensure the Sales 2 Service process is completed by welcoming the customer and explaining what will be provided.QualificationsStrong attention to detail.Automotive Service Experience, 2+ years.Sense of urgency.Excellent communication skills.Typing ability to enter repair orders efficiently.Mathematical skills: calculating service costs and handling change.Basic computer skills.Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.Total Rewards and BenefitsThis is a flat‑rate position also eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions based on individual sales, gross profit, and manufacturer approvals, customer labor per repair order, and flat‑rate hours.The average wage range for this position is $5,500-$13,000 Monthly. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, and job‑related knowledge.
