Parts Assistant

At Servco Lexus Honolulu, we provide top notch service to our customers. Are you a safe driver, efficient, and reliable? If so, we have a Parts Assistant position at our dealership where you can be a key contributor to the success of our dealership and external customers by delivering parts and accessories in timely and safe manner.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare routing slips to log travel time
• Verify merchandise pulled against parts orders to ensure correct items and quantities are being delivered
• Safely load and secure merchandise in the delivery vehicle
• Deliver merchandise to external repair shops and shipping companies and obtains acknowledgement of receipt, including payment from customers with COD accounts
• Clean and maintain delivery vehicle including fueling, checking tire pressure and fluids, etc.
• Immediately report any vehicle safety or maintenance concerns
• Perform warehouse duties including receiving, checking in, stocking, and pulling parts for delivery
• Assist with annual inventory of parts
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse area

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum six months of delivery experience
• Auto parts receiving and stocking experience a plus
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Knowledge of Oahu streets and locations to ensure timely deliveries
• Strong communication and customer relations skills
• Computer proficiency
• Must be a team player, customer and safety focused, and detail oriented
• Hazmat certification preferred

Pay Range: $24.24 - $26.66 per hour
