Responsible for all aspects of residents' psychosocial needs.  
Understands and implements State, Federal/OBRA regulations. Must 
have working knowledge of Medicare PPS, Medicaid and other 
reimbursement programs.  Have good documentation skills for clinical 
assessments, MDS, care planning and progress notes. Develops and 
maintains good working rapport with all departments and outside 
community agencies to meet the needs of the residents. Oversees 
resident/family support groups and community relations.  Direct the 
work of Resident Relations Managers responsible for admission and 
discharge planning.
